Reviews:

starsWorks good - Keeps it clean
This works well, but I have to clean it weekly or so. I have about a 300 gallon pond with about 1000 tadpoles (green frogs). It doesn't bother the tadpoles, but the snails do occasionally plug the pump inlet.
It's been working for about 4 months and it's still going!

starsPretty good?
That functioned the kind of until it broke one week later: (fasten Them out of plastic to be closed with key in bottom of the top broke

starsFunctional all in one
The pondmaster PMK190, is a good product for the money. Quite functional. The down side to this unit is the size of the tube and bell fountain head. The tube is a non standard size and finding different fountain heads at your local home improvement store is impossible. Also with the filter being submerge its kinda a pain to clean, frequent cleaning is a must depending on your area and what is in your pond.Product does what it claims, and is good value for the price.

starsthe Realm of Existentialism
Is exactly the pump and the filter of Pondmaster PMK190 190gph with the head of fountain of allowance of what I had need to give off this duplicate-pea brilliant soup water (alga-assembled) in my ponds of Shubunkin, comet and Koi! Simple to employ..., With a very vigorous handle (convenient to raise the unit out of the pond for cleaning). The catches approximately 2 minutes with the pipe in addition to 3 (very thick) filter and gives the unit in the pond. The 190 gallons per hour "pump-suck" is completely powerful and quiet. My ponds were open crystal space in two days. I already do not use the optional head of fountain because I have spitters and falls of water, -- not to employ it creates a very nice effect of undulation of agitation on the surface of the pond. Your neighbors will be in total fear:) My fish are completely happy now that they can really see me coming to feed them -- and see their granules food to float on the top of water. Perfect! -- Katharena Eiermann, 2007, the kingdom of Existentialisme -- full with presidential hope

starsGood pump and filter

starsDisappointing quality and performance
I purchased the first PMK190 Pump and it did not pump properly. The magnetic pump made a lot of noise: apparently the only moving part was faulty. As a result it did not produce a fountain out of the fountain head but just a slow stream of water. I returned the item and the second one was not a lot better. Although it pumped more water and was slightly less noisy it still did not produce a decent bell shaped form. The fountain head is non adjustable so I assume also this pump does not deliver the capacity to create the fountain as displayed on the packaging. The filters are very cheap and the rest of the construction also feels cheap. I will return the second one as well and get a refund.

starspondmaster filter
It is the best price than I found for this product, which is still sold in the stores. Functions as it would be necessary. Arrived as promised in new state.
